Willow Pumps are a large franchise-based, pump maintenance and support company covering most of the South of England. We were originally approached to help them with their website as they had encountered a number of functionality issues that they weren’t able to resolve with their existing web team. We were able to quickly turnaround their requests and also provide a plan for the rebranding of their website with a heavy focus on user experience and targetted visitor flow.
Their existing website didn’t provide an easy route for their visitors and didn’t convey the scale of the company and promote their services fully.
With clear requirements, we set about preparing a working prototype, bringing together a number of elements and trusted functionality steps that we were confident would not only aid the visitor experience but also improve the conversion opportunity that their previous site so desperately lacked.
It was important that the site was built in WordPress as the marketing team needed access at all times. We were able to get the first draft of the pages signed off quickly which allowed us to continue preparing the remainder of the site in readiness for the Annual General Meeting which was a major milestone for the marketing team.
We provided both consultancy and training throughout the build of the project and also provided training for an external marketing specialist who will be working alongside us to support the website over the coming year as we begin working through a complex SEO strategy.
The marketing team and MD were equally thrilled with the new website. They have seen a benefit already with the new structure and have received brilliant feedback on the improved version of the site. We’re continuing to work closely with everyone involved and will be taking over the general marketing strategy to help progress their SEO efforts.
