| The name of web site. This is used to access the server and the files contained within. |

| The Uniform Resource Locator. The actual address that is typed to call up a web page. |
Database |
| A large collection of records. The data that is stored can be of any nature. You may even call your hard drive a database but the only difference would be that the information stored is not usually done so in any structured way. |
| CGI (Common Interface Scripting) |
CGI covers all computing langugaes that can be used to interact with the server. The technicalities are not important, but what is, is what CGI can do for you. JJ-Solutions can write Perl Scripts to provide a lot of extra functionality to your site including automated e-mailing, guestbooks, surveys, dynamic pages (with the use of text files) etc. If you need to add dynamic facilities to your site, it will undoubtably need CGI and the price of this is variable.
